Upcoming Express Trainings

1/10/2024    Ask the Organizers
FREE

January is National “Get Organized Month” and for our third year in a row, we’re celebrating with an expert panel. This year’s expert panel includes members of my own team: Nancy Kruschke, Tonya Neihardt, and Kathryne Reed. All three have extensive backgrounds in the organizing industry and now help me help my clients. The experts will answer questions and share their best organization and productivity tips for work, home, and life! Start making your list of challenges and we’ll help you find a better way!

Because I’m so passionate about organization as a means to personal and workplace efficiency, I’m offering this Express Training at no charge! (Registration is still required.)

2/14/2024     Emotions & Efficiency
Two-For-One!

Have you ever been curious about the reactions you have in different situations: why you get angry, frustrated, hurt, excited? And then wondered how you can keep these reactions from derailing your day? We all bring our life experiences with us to work each day. In this session, we will explore how to identify when a life experience triggers frustration and strategies you can take to use those experiences for your own benefit. This session may also help you build empathy for others who may be struggling with their own experiences. Karen Kruzan, LISW-S, CPO-CD, psychotherapist, professional organizer, and my friend will join us and bring her wisdom to this session.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, I invite you to bring a friend or colleague as well. Two registrations for the price of one!

3/13/2024     Word: What you don’t know but should
$29

If you’ve ever experienced headaches with how Word functions (e.g. line spacing, bulleted lists, etc) chances are this session will be the remedy. Format Painter, Quick Access toolbar, Paragraph Spacing. If any of those features are unfamiliar to you then you need to attend this session! In addition to those topics, we cover tips and tricks for line spacing, alignment, bulleted & numbered lists, and my favorite keyboard shortcuts. There should even be time for you to ask me about your frustrations in Word.

4/10/2024     Better Culture

We’re still working on the official title and description for this session but it’s going to be a fantastic conversation on the impact of culture in the workplace and the importance of making sure it’s a good one.

Newly Recorded eLearning Sessions

Learn on your schedule, at your pace,
and in your pajamas if you want!

Microsoft Word: Mail Merge

The trick to using Mail Merge well is knowing all the tricks in Mail Merge! Maybe you knew it back when a Wizard immediately walked you through the steps but the newer versions of Microsoft Word have left you stumped. Or perhaps you’ve never taken the time to work with Mail Merge at all. It’s actually a very simple tool but the most important step is setting up your list correctly from the start. I’ll go over that, as well as, how to merge that list into a document or label. You will be surprised by how easy it is to use and just how many ways you can use it. (It’s not just for letters and envelopes!)

Microsoft 365: OneDrive

In this session, we’ll go over what OneDrive is, why you might want to use it personally and professionally, and some life-easing features available to you on your desktop and your online Microsoft Account. Because this conversation could get a little technical, I’ve invited Clay Hampton with Expedient Technology Solutions to join us as our tech-expert. My hope is that by the end, you’ll be as excited as I am to dive into OneDrive!
