Conditional Formatting

Conditional Formatting is formatting that is automatically applied based on whether or not certain conditions are met – conditions that you determine. For example, you could ask Excel to use a different format to identify largest values, duplicate values, or cells containing certain text. You can also tell Excel to create a jazzy little visual within your data to help you quickly see trends. In this session, I’ll show you how to set up conditional formatting, some of my go-to conditional formats, their results, and how to manage them once they’re created.
