Program Overview:

  • One year of unlimited access for each participant to more than 50 eLearning sessions. Each session takes 1 hour or less to complete, includes handouts, sample exercises when appropriate, and can be watched and re-watched at your pace, on your schedule.
  • One year of Express Training registrations for each participant. Express Trainings are live sessions held monthly with in-person and online attendance options. One hour, One Topic, Lots of A-ha’s.
  • We’ll provide you with participation reports so you can see your own success stories.
